Since I found colour, I aint dropped a pair of black kicks in tiiiiiiiiiime! Nike Sportswear has released this bad boi of a shoe in a mash up of black, grey, and silver, sikkkk mix. Could just imagine Darth Vader dropping these steppin out of his 5 series blacked out Bimmer and absolutely killin it! The mix of materials such as fabric n leather is a good look and seems to work for this shoe nicely. Been a fan of AM Lights for a while now since purchasing my first pair from Barcelona shop Limited Editions way back when, they just over comfy and the silhouette is on-point!
The Lunar Rejuven8 Mid…not just a shoe, but a shoe with possibly all the elements you could ever want in shoe, clean design, a little different and just straight effin dopey! And we all love abit of camo now dont we!
Of recent, ive been slowly but surely warming to the series of F.C.R.B. footwear, didnt straight jump on them when they first come out to be honest, but the comfort factor is over on-point…and these camo’s may have just convinced me to reach down Nike 1948 and go kop em…Specs of the shoe include…Lunar technology on the base, Torch material on the upper, the silhouette of an Air Footscape Woven Chukka combined with the Rejuven8 AND Nike+ technology…the mash up is sweet and the comfort is on some Ugg boot flex, over comfortable!
As I type this, literally half dead up from Crepe City, which btw went down ridicously nice for the whole ‘getting the brand out there’ so to speak and meeting new customers who actually appreciated something new and different…which is always a good thing! More pics of the event will be dropping in the ‘Events’ section in Gallery soonish as I really cant be effedd to upload/decrease pic size rite about now of about 50+ pics, so here’s a taster…
Some last minute dot com business, but I will be reaching Crepe City at Notting Hill Arts Club and popping up my pop up shop in full donut effect, so for all those who are reaching, come early to kop that freshness before its all gone…and Im thinking its gona be a road block affair from what Ive heard so far, so boiiiiii, bring them kicks, swap them kicks, bring that pee, spend that pee, n get phatted out with the sickest crepes in town, plus of course, my donuts, courtesy of the lovely peeps down my local KKremes…
This is jokes! Kicks are officially the latest ‘drug’ on road, just a ‘hit’ will probably do you nicely for a day or two, but then you want more and have no control of how your hand enters your pocket and draws for that cash card and completes that transaction, it just seems the normal thing to do, without hesitation, simply on impulse and sheer wantingness of something so fresh, so krispy…I should know, I am a victim!
Crepe City II – London Sneaker Festival – 16th May 2010 – Reach early to kop the freshest crepes, apparently ques were on some ‘Yeezy’ flex last time!
Reached Kicks N Canvas last night, a sneaker arts exhibit put together by the guys at Soleheaven. 21 artists took part including INSA, Disco Teck, Trans1, Toaster and Goldie. Each artist was given a shoe and a canvas to do their thing on, and everything will be up for sale until the April 18th.
Was good to see sneakers represented on another level other than just footwear, and hope the guys at Soleheaven continue along these lines pushing sneaker culture through these kind of events and allowing creative individuals to showcase their work with the same passion for kicks as one another.
Matt Halfhill, the man behind Nice Kicks, who started off blogging about ‘Nice Kicks’, has now progressed into officially opening up his own store for ‘NIce Kicks’, now that must be a good feeling.
The Air Jordan IV (4) Retro that will be released in White and Chrome as a part of the special 25th Anniversary (Silver Anniversary) Collection…would make these drop so hard!
Oh my dizzay! This fresh new Air Jordan VI colourway inspired most definately by the Oreo, now they’re OVER serious!. Available March 20th. Pics courtesy of OSneaker.
Ok, I have to admit these type of clear boxes for your kicks are indeed THE SHIT! Imagine stacking these up, kicks visible, all fresh n shit, nice! Wouldn’t need to stick polaroids of your kicks and stick them on the front of the cardboard boxes, which I do now. But at around £37 per box including shipping and handling, not too sure about getting them for all of my kicks, not now anyway, maybe just for the excloos ones…
